GIS Case Assessment — $150
A focused review of the case, available evidence, key locations, deadlines, and potential GIS issues. Includes a recommended scope and project approach before additional work begins.
Assessment fee waived if the project continues.
Case Evidence Preparation Data organization, geocoding, validating, and preparing timestamps, addresses, surveillance locations, records, routes, and other location-based evidence for analysis. $75 per hour
Standard GIS Exhibit One finished exhibit with up to 4 evidence layers and up to 20 mapped elements. Includes analysis, map design, labeling, legend, formatting, and one reasonable revision. $350 per exhibit
Complex GIS Exhibit One finished exhibit with up to 8 evidence layers and up to 40 mapped elements. Suitable for more involved timelines, routes, surveillance, vehicle movements, or combined evidence. Includes one reasonable revision. $550 per exhibit
GIS Case Analysis Report A professionally formatted report combining completed GIS exhibits with concise findings, supporting tables, methodology, assumptions, and limitations. $450 per report
Custom GIS Analysis Case-specific spatial analysis beyond the standard exhibit scope, including additional route, timeline, surveillance, location, comparative, density, heatmap, or proximity work. Scope and estimated hours are confirmed before work begins. $75 per hour

Evidence Layers: Evidence layers may include routes, timeline events, incident locations, surveillance cameras, vehicles, evidence points, addresses, or other case-specific spatial information.

Additional Scope: Work beyond the included exhibit limits—including additional evidence layers, mapped elements, exhibits, or substantial revisions—is quoted separately before the additional work begins.

Project Pricing: Project scope and pricing are confirmed before work begins. Any additional work or change in scope is discussed and approved before additional charges are incurred.

Project timing is confirmed during the case assessment based on scope, evidence volume, and case deadlines. Rush work is available for time-sensitive matters.
